Jared Starkweather

Jared Starkweather has over seven years of experience in engineering and technology roles, primarily focusing on improving productivity and efficiency. At Upwork, Jared served as Lead Engineer in DevEx, leading Engineering Strategy and Insights to enhance measurement and transparency in engineering productivity and infrastructure costs. Additionally, Jared standardized metrics across the organization and designed tracking pipelines in a previous senior role.
