Lily Ng is currently the VP of Growth & Monetization at Upwork, where they leverage extensive experience in product and business operations. Prior to Upwork, Lily held significant roles at Dropbox and Yahoo, including Chief of Staff to the CTO and Senior Director of Business Operations. They began their career as a Vice President at Merrill Lynch, earning recognition as a top-ranked Wall Street analyst. Lily holds an MBA with honors and a BSE in Finance & Marketing from the Wharton School.
