Rich M. has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, having worked in various capacities across multiple organizations since 2014. Rich began as a Recruitment Specialist at Seven Seven Softwares, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and banking roles, and continued to develop expertise in talent sourcing as a Sourcing Officer at TeleDevelopment Services, Inc. and as a Recruitment Consultant at San Miguel Corporation. At Globe Telecom, Rich served as a Talent Acquisition Partner for technical hiring, and continued to expand skillset as an Executive Resourcer at cForce Business and People Solutions. Currently, Rich is the Talent Engagement Lead at McCracken and has held roles as an International Recruiter and Candidate Manager. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of the Philippines, graduating Cum Laude, and has a strong track record in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates across various sectors.
