Rifat Mahmud

Rifat Mahmud is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in internet marketing and operations management. Currently serving as the City Manager at Just Play since October 2022, Rifat has been an Independent Contractor on Upwork since March 2011 and has expertise in SEO, SMM, SEM, E-Commerce, and writing developed during tenure with oDesk since January 2011.
