At UR Property Manager, we provide the remote back-office engine that allows UK letting agents, property management firms, and short-let operators to scale without expanding their local overhead.

The UK rental market is moving faster than ever. Between shifting council regulations, constant maintenance logging, and 24/7 guest communication, high-street teams are increasingly getting buried under administrative bottlenecks. When your local staff spend their day answering basic tenant emails or chasing contractors, they aren't out there winning new instructions.

We act as your seamless, white-label backend partner. Our team consists of highly trained property specialists who plug directly into your existing software ecosystems across UK business hours and overnight clearing out your administrative queues so your local team can walk into a clean desk at 9:00 AM.

How We Support Your Portfolio:

Lettings & HMO Back-Office Support: Seamless handling of tenancy progression, letting properties, reference coordination, deposit registration, and rent arrears tracking.

Proactive Compliance Architecture: Rigorous, system-driven scheduling and tracking for CP12s, EICRs, EPCs, and local authority HMO licensing.

24/7 Maintenance & Contractor Triage: Call Center Support, round-the-clock receipt and troubleshooting of tenant issues, guiding residents through basic safe checks before authorizing an expensive local contractor call-out.

Short-Let Guest Operations: Full handling of guest messaging, guest triage, and maintenance tracking for busy short-let portfolios.

We don't try to replace your local expertise we protect it. By handling the heavy operational and compliance lifting, we minimize your void periods, shield you from council penalties, and free up your local team to focus entirely on growth and client relationships.
