Houeida Saad

Houeida Saad is the General Counsel at URAC, an independent nonprofit organization that promotes health care quality through accreditation, certification, and designation products. Houeida is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at The American University, Washington College of Law, teaching Managed Care Law and International Health and Human Rights Law. Previously, Houeida has held positions such as General Counsel at Renown Health, Deputy General Counsel at Inova Health System, and Associate Counsel at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. Houeida has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wayne State University, a M.A. from the School of International Service at American University, and a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.
