John A. Greene, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MSHRM has a strong background in human resources, with over 30 years of experience. John A. has held various leadership roles in organizations such as URAC, ICBA, and the Human Rights Campaign. Throughout their career, John has demonstrated expertise in areas such as employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, recruitment and employment, and policy formulation and implementation. John A. has also been involved in strategic planning and organizational development initiatives. John's experience spans across industries including healthcare, consulting, and non-profit.

John A. Greene, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MSHRM, holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, an MBA in Marketing from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Towson University, and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from Prince George's Community College. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management from HRCI in 2022, LIFO® Certified Practitioner from The Schutz Company in 2019, and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications from SHRM and HR Certification Institute, respectively, both in December 2015.
