Joseph Costello

Joseph Costello has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joseph most recently served as the Director of Client Relations at URAC, where they managed a team responsible for maintaining client relationships and driving revenue. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Account Management at EAB, focusing on renewal strategies for the higher education sector. Joseph also held roles at Kastle Systems, where they led cross-functional teams and provided strategic solutions to ensure client success, and Colonial Parking, where they served as a Senior Operations Manager and Project Manager.

Joseph Costello earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Boston College in the years 2000-2004. Joseph then went on to pursue further education and obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from The Catholic University of America between 2005 and 2008.
