Mallory White

Mallory White is a Pharmacy Accreditation Reviewer at URAC since April 2023. Previously, Mallory served as the Specialty Pharmacy Director for the Mississippi Department of Health from October 2020 to March 2023 and held roles at Kroger as Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist between January 2018 and September 2020. Additional experience includes working as a Relief Pharmacist at Pharmacy Partners of Mississippi and as a Staff Pharmacist at Omnicare from July 2017 to December 2017. Early career roles include various positions at Kroger and Target Pharmacy, including Pharmacy Internships and Pharmacy Technician roles starting in August 2012. Mallory holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Mississippi.
