Maksim B. currently serves as the Head of Corporate Marketing at UralChem, having joined the company in March 2025. Prior to this role, Maksim held the position of Head of the Advertising and Marketing Communications Department at EuroChem from June 2019 to October 2024, where responsibilities included managing a team of 4 managers and 3 outsourced specialists, as well as overseeing multi-channel marketing projects in the RF and CIS regions. Maksim's experience also includes a role as a Senior Specialist in Product Portfolio Management at UralChem and a Marketing Manager at the Russian Mining Chemical Company. Maksim holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Kuban State Agrarian University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from MGIMO University. Notable achievements include developing a comprehensive database of POS materials and significantly improving website visibility.
