Andy Marshall, CA, CFA, GCB.D, is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience in the junior mining sector. Currently, they serve as the Chief Financial Officer at Li-FT Power and Uranium Royalty Corp., while also being the Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair at Europacific Metals. Their previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Pan Global Resources Inc. and First Mining Gold Corp., as well as managerial positions at PwC in both the UK and Canada. Andy earned a BA (Hons) in Financial Analysis and Accounting from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
