Eline Kuiper

Eline Kuiper serves as the Human Resources Director at Urban Arrow since April 2025. Previously, Eline held multiple roles at Speakap, including Head of Human Resources, where responsibilities included managing HR for the organization's commercial and development sides and designing a salary benchmarking system. Eline's experience spans various positions in human resources, including HR Advisor roles at de Bijenkorf and Hotel Arena, and as HR Manager at Hotel The Toren. Eline's early career included foundational positions at AccorHotels and Gemeente Amsterdam, complemented by a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam.
