Urban Edge was founded in 2014 with a belief that a successful project is achieved when a unique solution is combined with the highest quality. As a locally owned development and construction company with over 25 completed projects in the DC Metropolitan area, our goal is to revitalize and improve under-served properties, making them vibrant and unique additions to the neighborhood. This thoughtful and meticulous approach differentiates us from competitors and creates an end product to be proud of.

We have a diverse team with backgrounds in architecture, engineering, construction, finance, and real estate. This diverse skill set allows us to both source and acquire projects, meaning we have a vision from purchase to completion and we never leave the driver's seat! We work from acquisition to entitlement and from design through self-performed construction. This comprehensive approach sets us apart and allows us to ensure design intent and quality standards are always met.

Our core principle that each project should be its own unique addition to the community, combined with our diverse skill sets, enables us to deliver the highest quality in urban living. We are constantly striving for design creativity and perfection, using only the finest finishes and materials, implementing sustainable solutions wherever possible, and maintaining an exacting attention to construction details. You can be confident that an Urban Edge home will exceed your expectations.
