Clare Murphy

Clare Murphy is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People at Urban Foresight since October 2024. Clare has extensive expertise in HR consulting and leadership, having worked as a Human Resources Consultant and Project Leader at Magna Consultants International since August 2019, and as the Global Head of People Partnerships at Tenth Revolution Group from May 2022 to October 2024. Clare's previous roles include Senior Director and Director of Global People Partnerships at Turnitin, International HR Manager at Communisis, and various HR positions at Aviva plc, AXA, IBM, and Aquascutum. Clare holds an IPD Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Sussex (1992-1997).
