The Urban Glamp Company (UGC) addresses a critical gap in the luxury travel, eco-tourism and agritourism markets. By blending high-end accommodations with natural experiences, UGC caters to affluent travelers seeking convenience, relaxation, and sustainability. The company's flagship project, The Refuge, is positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for experiential trave in San Diego County, leveraging a favorable climate, proximity to urban centers, and a broad range of local attractions. Urban Glamp aims to redefine luxury glamping by combining urban accessibility, Instagram- able experiences, sustainability, and seamless guest experiences.

Urban Glamp is looking to capitalize on this trend by strategically expanding inventory, particularly in high-demand areas near nature-driven destinations. The shift towards eco-friendly accommodations presents a unique value proposition for glamping, as travelers increasingly seek sustainable, experiential stays. With total STR revenue projected to reach $3.6 billion by 2028, targeting both local and out-of-town visitors with premium offerings, enhanced amenities, and strong digital marketing strategies will be key to maximizing returns.
