Candace Coates

Candace Coates, LCSW, is a mission-driven executive with over 20 years of experience in nonprofit administration, focusing on health care, housing, and human services. Currently serving as the Director of Community Services at Outreach Community Health Centers, Candace leads several integrated programs and oversees staff development while driving operational excellence and equity initiatives. They have a strong background in policy analysis, strategic planning, and clinical support, having previously held roles such as Lead Psychiatric Social Worker and Medical Social Worker. Candace is also a doctoral candidate in social welfare at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, furthering their expertise in community needs and process improvement.
