Darius Patel

Darius Patel currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Urban Monkey India, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Darius held various positions at The Souled Store Pvt. Ltd., including People Culture and Brand Representative, Head of Human Resources, and Senior Human Resources Manager from July 2017 to April 2024. Darius also has experience as a Hospitality Manager at Leeds United Football Club and a Customer Care Assistant at McDonald's. An early career began with an internship at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, progressing through roles in Corporate HR and Learning & Development, as well as Corporate Social Responsibility. Darius possesses a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Bedfordshire, where a Second Upper Class (2:1) was achieved.
