With nearly 15 years’ experience, Urban Moves is not only at the forefront of affordable housing resales, but our involvement with the Greater London Authority is helping to shape policy for the future.

Urban Moves are now the single largest reseller of shared ownership properties in London & the South East. Our unique approach to sales and marketing of shared ownership property delivers unparalleled customer service with a 95% success rate.

In recent years Urban Moves has seen strong and consistent incremental growth, quarter on quarter, year on year and, along the way, we have helped RPs sell more than half a billion pounds’ worth of property, to date and adding some of the biggest names in the sector to our client roster. As a notable specialism (and an area of significant growth), shared ownership sales have become our primary business focus and the recruitment of Shaun Coulthwaite at director level in early 2015, has driven our offering forward even further.

Our extensive experience in selling Shared Ownership property has enabled us to take on much of the administration normally outside of the scope of the selling agent. We are well versed in Local Authority and Homes England guidelines in respect of shared ownership sales and are particularly proud of our audit compliant paperwork. Our resales process has been formulated over years of selling shared ownership properties to ensure efficiencies are maximised whilst improving customer experience and value for money.

We deliver services to RPs on a number of levels, tailoring our products over the years to meet the differing needs and levels of assistance required. We ensure we stay ahead of government legislation, HCA guidance and affordability criteria as well as the provider’s specific project goals, whilst at the same time streamlining increasingly burdensome administration processes.
