Jack McCarty is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the broadcasting and marketing industries. Currently serving as the General Sales Manager at Urban One, Inc. since April 2011, Jack is responsible for strategizing and implementing revenue development strategies and leading a team of Local Account Executives. Prior to this role, Jack held the position of Local Sales Manager at Radio One, where a sales team was developed that improved the revenue ranking from ninth to third in the market.
