Urban Pace is the Mid-Atlantic leader in development real estate services, specializing in marketing, sales, leasing, and advisory for new construction residential communities.

Founded in 2001, we have worked on more than 300 communities—from large master-planned sites to boutique urban buildings—and have sold over 7,000 homes, representing over $4 billion in total sales volume. Our expertise spans condominiums, townhomes, apartments, and new construction sites across all price points.

With active projects from Philadelphia to Richmond, we bring local insight, data-driven strategy, and proprietary tools like UP Velocity™ to help developers achieve extraordinary results.

Through our strategic partnership with Polaris Pacific—the West Coast’s top new home sales firm—we’re now actively expanding up and down the East Coast, combining national scale with local precision to deliver unmatched value for our clients.

This is a new era for new development real estate—one built on collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to success.
