Urban settlements is a brokerage house built on one key core value of “givers gain”. We want to give back to our clients, communities and brokers, our motto says it all “Where It’s All About U!”. We have built a culture that supports and fosters this key core value of giving and take caution to ensure that each decision we make considers the impact to these very important demographics. We believe building our brokerage with the sole mission of providing for others will help us remain humble, grounded and successful. If our brokers see success because of the culture supporting them the brokerage will also be successful, if our clients have successful transactions they will become repeat customers and refer us to their friends which brings success and finally if our communities are improved because of our efforts we all get to enjoy success. So many business models are built around the premise of making a profit, we truly believe by giving back we will see profit, a consistent profit without the guilt of overcharging or cutting corners to save money. Top level service throughout our organization is the expectation, it does not cost a penny more for us to serve with a smile and that is what you can expect from US!
