Peter Bird is currently the Head of Channels at UrbanVolt, where they focus on scaling renewable energy through strategic initiatives and data-driven insights. Previously, Peter held various roles, including Team Leader at British Gas and Bid Manager at Centrica Business Solutions, where they developed innovative retention strategies and optimized processes. They graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Marketing from The University of Hull and served as Treasurer for the Hull University Water Polo Club. Peter's experience in customer service and analytical skills enables them to drive commercial success while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
