Sofia Montwill

Sofia Montwill is an accomplished Global Creative Director with extensive experience in leading creative teams and managing marketing projects. Currently at Urbanista, Sofia oversees a team of three creatives, driving all marketing initiatives from conception to final delivery. Previously, at Daniel Wellington, Sofia managed a global team of seven and collaborated with various departments on marketing strategies. Sofia's background includes roles as Global Art Director at Hunkydory and Art Director at Efva Attling Stockholm, where brand identity and digital marketing were central responsibilities. Additional experience includes positions at core:workers and Rå Kommunikation, focusing on employer branding and youth communication, as well as freelancing under Sofia Viktorsson. Sofia holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and Art Direction from Berghs School of Communication and has completed several additional courses in marketing and design.
