Urbano Architects is driven by the idea that responsible design and development is valuable – economically, socially and culturally. We believe that the urban core of a city functions best with a variety of building uses, densely located and connected by pedestrian friendly streetscape and public transportation. Walkable environments serve as platform for inhabitants to pursue happier, healthier, and more prosperous lives. Underutilized existing or historic buildings can be transformed into modern use while maintaining the essence of their original character. Urbano Architects is committed to the responsible long-term growth and revitalization of urban centers, while contributing to neighborhoods that are desirable destinations to live, work, and play.

Urbano’s team of professionals have experience on projects of all sizes and complexities, including mixed-use, adaptive reuse, historic preservation, high-end retail and residential.
