UrbanOps is a family-owned business based in Newcastle, providing a comprehensive range of services, including commercial and residential painting and decorating, bathroom and laundry renovations, full-scale commercial fit-outs, and property maintenance. Founded by veteran Sean Shanahan in 2016, UrbanOps started as a solo venture and has since grown into a thriving business with a dedicated team and strong community ties.

Our success is driven by a holistic approach to service, managing all trades and supplies in-house to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients. With trade-qualified professionals delivering high-quality workmanship and personalized service, we are committed to maintaining our reputation for excellence. Our comprehensive project management guarantees timely, budget-friendly results tailored to local market demands and building regulations.

UrbanOps has evolved through strategic growth, including expanding our team, relocating to larger facilities, and adapting to digital operations. In 2022, we became a fully approved NDIS provider, reflecting our commitment to serving the community with inclusive and specialized services.

Today, UrbanOps continues to deliver outstanding results in Newcastle and the Hunter region, collaborating with local subcontractors and suppliers to uphold our standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
