Ananya is a professional with a diverse background in psychology and customer service. Currently serving as a Psychology Tutor at UrbanPro.com since May 2023, Ananya also holds the position of Subject Matter Expert and Resource Person at TaskUs, contributing to the Wellness+ Resiliency program. Previous experience includes a Research Internship at the Mental Health Institute and a Clinical Psychology Internship at Fortis Healthcare, both enhancing clinical skills and knowledge in psychology. Ananya started a career in customer service as a Customer Service Representative and QA at Tech Mahindra. Currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from Jamia Millia Islamia, Ananya is focused on developing expertise in counseling and guidance services.
