Michael started their career as a Renewable Energy Consultant at ENGIE, where they worked with C-level executives to deploy renewable energy technologies in developing countries. After two years and ten months, they transitioned to Supply Chain Consultant at PwC, where they were a strategy consultant specializing in Supply Chain & Renewable Energy. There, they focused on mergers and acquisitions and organization redesign.

In 2010, Darchambeau co-founded The Green Link, where they served as the CEO for five years and six months. THE GREEN LINK was the #1 Ecological Last Mile Delivery Network of Micro-Hubs and Drivers with electric vans and bikes. In 2017, they co-founded URBANTZ, which is now the #1 European Last mile delivery and logistics orchestration platform for your enterprise. Michael has been with URBANTZ for seven years and one month.

In addition to their work at URBANTZ, Darchambeau is also a Lecturer at ICHEC Formation Continue. Michael is responsible within the digital strategy program about last mile transformation and collective intelligence.

Michael Darchambeau has a Master's degree in Business Engineering from Ichec Brussels Management School and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Uni Kassel International Management School.
