With combined experience of over 30 years in the commercial design industry, the URBANUM team conduct a ‘D&C done differently’ approach to traditional Design and Construction services.

We pride ourselves on successfully delivering quality results and positive outcomes for our clients by layering traditional design consultancy services with the ability to supplement design with fitout construction and project management expertise. With one eye on the numbers and the other on design we have the unique ability to forecast and navigate expected project costs right from project initiation, concept development and throughout the documentation stages of our projects. This greater control over spending, combined with a splash of creative thinking ensures key design ideas can be carried through to completion as imagined, resulting in the highest attainable impact aligning with each of our clients’ requirements and budgets.
