Ash Weimann

Ash Weimann is the Associate Director within the Economics & Property team at Urbis, specializing in the commercial and industrial markets. With expertise in completing transactions ranging from approximately $5 million to $100 million, Ash integrates technical financial analysis, negotiations, market research, and due diligence in their role. A Certified Practising Valuer, Ash also undertakes valuations for a diverse client base including banks and REITs, with transactions spanning from $5 million to $500 million. Previously, Ash participated in the ISPT 2018 Internship Program while studying for a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property and Valuation at RMIT University, where they completed their degree with First Class Honours.
