Daniel Toland

Daniel Toland has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Daniel currently works as a Lead Automation Developer at Urbis since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Westpac Group from 2016 to 2021, starting as a Senior Technology Specialist and later becoming an Operations Infrastructure Lead. Their responsibilities included leading a team of Agile Robotic Process Automators, consulting with clients for automation requirements, and resolving conflicting priorities. Before joining Westpac Group, Daniel worked at HP Enterprise Services from 2006 to 2016 as an Infrastructure Specialist, providing support for Windows server OS's and implementing project services. Daniel also has experience as a Programmer at Exchange Technology from 2001 to 2005, developing automated reporting systems using various programming languages and databases.

Daniel Toland obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology degree in Computer Science from Western Sydney University from 1998 to 2000. Daniel also holds additional certifications in Microsoft Power Automate from DDLS and ITILv3.
