Ellen Grant

Ellen Grant is currently the Associate Director at Urbis, leveraging 15 years of experience as a Property Valuer and trusted advisor on significant infrastructure projects in Melbourne. Ellen has provided expert valuation advice on complex issues such as compulsory acquisition and financial loss claims while working on noteworthy projects including the Level Crossing Removal Project and the Metro Tunnel Project. Formerly a Senior Valuer at m3property and an Assistant Valuer at Westlink Consulting, Ellen is also the Chair of the Finance and Investment Committee at UDIA Victoria, actively contributing to policy development in the property sector. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Property and Valuations, with Honours, from RMIT University.
