Liam Martin

Liam Martin is an Associate Director at Urbis with over 10 years of experience in the private consulting sector as a town planner. They graduated from Griffith University in 2014 with a Bachelor Degree in Urban and Environmental Planning and are currently completing a Master's in Science (Project Management) at Curtin University. Prior to joining Urbis in 2016, Liam developed expertise in local and state government planning instruments while working in Northern Rivers, NSW, and Queensland. Their areas of proficiency include greenfield subdivisions, multiple dwelling residential developments, and commercial and retail projects, along with experience in negotiating Ministerial Infrastructure Designations across Queensland. Liam has also contributed to local policy discussions, having led the Policy and Advocacy Sub-committee for the Gold Coast Planning Institute of Australia Branch.
