Ashley Starr

Ashley Starr currently serves as the Regulatory Compliance and Social Responsibility Coordinator at URBN since June 2022. In addition to this role, Ashley has been with MPowered Entrepreneurship since October 2018, holding positions such as Chief People Officer and Vice President of Human Resources, and directing the 1000 Pitches Competition, which engages over 15,000 students annually. Previous experience includes internships in corporate compliance at Campbell Soup Company, outreach at FlickPlay, and various roles in public service and nonprofit organizations. Ashley holds a degree from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, having graduated in 2022.
