Dave Hayne

Dave Hayne began his URBN career in 2001 on the floor of the Urban Outfitters store in downtown Philadelphia. Since then he has worked across a variety of operational areas including ecommerce and store operations, digital marketing, logistics, product management, engineering and analytics, as well as brand leadership roles at Free People. As CTO, Dave is passionate about delivering technology to make URBN’s employees, partners and customers more happy and successful. As President of Nuuly, Dave developed the team, concept and plan to launch URBN’s rental subscription platform in 2019.

A graduate of Trinity College, Dave lives in Philadelphia with his wife, five children and two labs.
