Kellen Wadach

Kellen Wadach is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Supply Officer and Executive Director of Global Supply Chain at URBN since January 2017, Kellen oversees transportation, S&OP, systems integration, and innovation efforts within the organization. Previously, Kellen held multiple senior positions at Amazon from 2008 to 2016, culminating as Director of Global Supply Chain Management. Kellen’s career began at Lockheed Martin as a Hardware Engineer, where significant achievements included earning a US Government Top Secret Security Clearance and receiving recognition for outstanding performance. Kellen holds an MBA in Operations, Strategy, and Finance from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University.
