Mark Andersen

Mark Andersen is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Head of Facilities & Brick Lane Operations at URBN since August 2019. In this role, Mark has been instrumental in establishing the new European Home Office in London while also managing daily corporate operations, corporate policy, and internal brand communications. Prior to this, Mark held several positions within Urban Outfitters Europe from October 2014 to May 2019, including District Manager for UK South, overseeing ten stores, and Flagship Store Manager at Oxford Circus, leading a large team. Mark's career at Urban Outfitters began in 2008, managing the Kensington store and taking on various management roles, reflecting a strong background in retail operations and team leadership.
