Matt Strode

Matt Strode is the Chief People Officer at URBN, where Matt manages all People related functionality globally for all brands. Prior to URBN, Matt was the Vice President of Talent at J. Crew and the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Abercrombie & Fitch. Matt holds a degree in Psychology from Hartwick College and has a strong background in recruitment, organizational design, and HR strategy.
