Michael Sibert

Michael Sibert joined URBN in 2003 as Associate General Counsel and was subsequently promoted to Deputy General Counsel in 2010 and then General Counsel in 2022. Throughout his 20 years at URBN, Michael has provided leadership and counsel on a range of issues, including legal operations, corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property law, real estate and contractual transactions, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining URBN, Michael began his career at Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP. Michael holds a law degree from Villanova University and a B.A. in Economics from Dickinson College.
