Tracey Strober

Tracey Strober serves as the Global Director of Retail Solutions and Customer Experience at URBN, overseeing brands such as Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, Free People, and Nuuly since June 2019. With a career at Urban Outfitters dating back to October 2002, Tracey has held various leadership positions, including Global Director of Brand Operations & Communications and Director of Omni Operations, Communications & Customer Service, where responsibilities included enhancing customer service and omni-channel operations. Additionally, Tracey has experience as Director of Store Operations and Communication, focusing on store efficiency and performance management, as well as a role as Sr. Communications & Operations Manager. Prior to this, Tracey managed a store at Abercrombie & Fitch from June 1997 to September 2002. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Pennsylvania State University.
