Simon Bayley

Simon Bayley is an accomplished executive with significant experience in real estate development, asset management, and advisory roles across various industries. As Chairman of URBNSURF since February 2019, Simon contributed to resolving design and project management issues for the UrbnSurf Melbourne project. In previous roles, Simon served as a Managing Director at Selbourne Capital, focusing on commercial property development and early-stage technology investments, and was a Chief Development Officer & Deputy CEO at TriGranit Development Corporation, where Simon played a key role in transforming the company into a leading commercial developer in Central and Eastern Europe. Additional noteworthy positions include advisory roles with Buildxact and Socialsuite, with a history of driving significant revenue growth and facilitating capital raises.
