Affordable housing supply falls short of the effective demand. Most projects offer risky and uncertain returns and are compromised by speculative understanding of the market, by weak and short-term institutional and financial design.

In response, our business focuses on creating investment-worthy inclusive human settlements in the Global South. We do this by integrating top-down finance and investment, and bottom-up supply considerations in the design of a housing delivery system. As a consequence, a lot of our work involves identifying projects, building pipelines, packaging them into risk-managed entities ready for investment, successfully delivering projects and then returning senior debt, capital and profit to our investors.
