Max Cutler

Max Cutler is an accomplished Creative Director at Urby since January 2019, with a robust background in design leadership spanning several prestigious organizations. Previously, Max served as Design Director at The Standard Hotels from June 2012 to January 2019 and held a similar role at Andre Balazs Properties from May 2007 to July 2012, overseeing multiple projects and brand developments for notable locations. Additional experience includes a brief partnership as Designer at ACME NYC in January 2012, and a role on the design team for the Gramercy Park Hotel with the Ian Schrager Company from 2005 to 2007. Earlier career highlights include work as Art Director and Production Designer for various films and music videos at Miramax and other companies between 1994 and 1999. Max holds a Master of Science in Film Production from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design, alongside participation in various prestigious educational programs.
