Urfarm is a heritage-driven, technology-powered dairy company bringing premium sheep milk products from the ancient lands of Şanlıurfa to global markets.

Founded in 2001, Urfarm has grown from a small local initiative into a 7,000 m² fully automated, FDA-registered production facility—one of the region’s largest and most advanced sheep dairy operations.

We source our milk from 3,800 family farmers, supporting rural communities while preserving centuries-old pastoral traditions. Our Awassi sheep graze on over 100 endemic plants in the Karacadağ highlands, giving our yogurt, cheeses, and ghee their naturally superior flavor and nutritional richness.

With automated milking, direct cooling, and modern quality systems, we ensure exceptional consistency, clean-label purity, and globally compliant food safety standards.
