Clinton Johnson is the director at URISA. Clinton was previously the deputy CIO and chief enterprise architect officer at the City of Philadelphia, where they were responsible for aligning IT solutions with the city's business strategy and for creating the roadmap to transition from the current to a future state. Clinton has also worked at Esri, NorthStar of GIS, and William Way Community Center.
