Mercy Freida's work experience begins with their role as a Marketing Intern at Nippon Paint India from June 2021 to September 2021. Mercy then worked as a TA Coordinator at Sopra Steria from November 2021 to March 2022. Following that, they served as a Human Resources Executive at Diamondpick from April 2022 to September 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Urjanet starting from February 2023.

Mercy Freida began their education in 2017 at Mahalakshmi College of Arts and Science, where they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Mercy then pursued further studies at Sa Engineering College from 2020 to 2022, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
