Urjeevi Labs works at the intersection of science, systems, and learning.

Our early work involved engaging deeply with applied science, clean technologies, and real-world systems—contexts where careful observation, rigor, and scientific thinking matter. Over time, this work led us to reflect on a more fundamental question:

Where does meaningful innovation really begin?

For us, the answer was clear. It begins much earlier—with how we learn and experience science.

This reflection shaped Urjeevi SPARK, our science-first education initiative focused on experiential, hands-on science learning. Through simple, everyday, and environment-friendly approaches, we help learners explore, question, and understand the world around them—beyond memorisation and without rushing the process.

Urjeevi SPARK is designed to work gently and effectively across homes, schools, and community spaces, supporting curiosity-driven and inquiry-based learning that builds strong foundations for lifelong thinking.

The name Urjeevi comes from the Sanskrit roots Urja (energy) and Jeevan (life), reflecting our belief that learning should feel alive—present in the moment, and meaningful long after.

Today, Urjeevi Labs continues to build thoughtful systems and learning initiatives, with Urjeevi SPARK as a natural extension of our commitment to science, understanding, and care.

Curated with care by scientists and IIT alumni.
