We all face career, life, and leadership choices that can shake us to the core. Indecision on the next best moves to make can be paralyzing. Get unstuck with URLaunchPad, a coaching service created exclusively for those unsure of their next steps in life.

URLaunchPad is your home base – a safe, trusted, empathetic, judgment-free space. As a Certified Master Coach, Rosalinde Rosado helps clients quickly gain the clarity they need to succeed. She relies on intuitive coaching techniques, narrative coaching, and positive intelligence certification to connect with clients. The first step in any journey is discovering who you are and what you can do in your present circumstances. Revealing that information advances clients toward the next crucial steps of deciding what kind of person they want to be and what they want to create.

URLaunchPad offers life, career, and leadership/executive coaching. Change is uncomfortable, personally and professionally. Career pivots can be daunting, which may require both career and personal coaching to resolve. Each experience begins with immersion in the positive intelligence program to help clients identify their challenges and sticking points. As a positive intelligence certified coach, Ros emphasizes the importance of mental fitness. She guides clients on how to use positive intelligence to:

•	Learn about saboteurs and sage.
•	Shift brain activation to weaken saboteurs and boost sage.
•	Identify the three core muscles that constitute mental fitness.

The many benefits of mental fitness include increased happiness, higher levels of productivity, improved relationships, and reduced stress. Clients who commit to mental fitness can make a positive impact at work, at home, and in their communities.

Ros commits to coaching clients in the moment in a judgment-free space to shift their stories about themselves, others, and life to create new possibilities and results.
