Karen Hellbusch

Karen Hellbusch is the Director of Learning & Development at URM Stores, Inc., where they leverage their background in instructional design to develop diverse training content and manage learning systems. They graduated from Boise State University with a Master's in Instructional and Performance Technology and have a strong foundation in psychology, evidenced by their Bachelor's and Associate's degrees in the field. Previously, Karen has held roles such as Learning and Development Specialist and HR Assistant, and has collaborated on projects including a job aid for poll workers and a new orientation program for volunteers at the Idaho Humane Society. They bring expertise in e-learning, LMS management, and project management to their current position.
