Phil Heide

Phil Heide has a strong background in occupational health and safety. Phil began their career at Lowe's Companies, Inc. in 2012 as a Department Manager in Loss Prevention Hazmat and Safety. Phil then moved on to Cascade Windows in 2014, where they worked as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist. Phil's most recent position was as an Environmental Health and Safety Director at URM Stores Inc, which they started in September 2017.

Phil Heide has a comprehensive education history that spans multiple institutions. From 1996 to 2000, they attended the Community College of the Air Force, where they earned an Associate's degree in Munitions Systems/Ordinance Technology. Phil then moved on to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where they studied Technical Management / Occupational Health and Safety and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from 2011 to 2014. Phil furthered their education at Columbia Southern University, focusing on Occupational Safety and Health and earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree from 2017 to 2020.
