Mark O'Kane

Mark O'Kane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information security and management systems. Currently serving as a Consultant at URM since March 2025, Mark previously held the position of Information Security GRC Consultant at iSTORM® Privacy - Security - Pentesting, where responsibilities included promoting compliance with GRC and InfoSec standards. Mark's earlier roles include Management Systems Executive at ISMS.online, where efforts were focused on optimizing client use of the platform, and Subject Matter Expert at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, which involved training and supervising teams of agents. Mark's career began at McDonald's, where foundational skills in communication and customer service were developed. Education includes a degree from the University of Central Lancashire and A-Levels from Blackpool Sixth Form College.
